Local PTA To Announce Successful Effort Passing Climate Resolution at State PTA
Local Students, Teachers and Parents Partner with Climate Advocates to Detail Exciting, New State PTA Resolution on Climate Change 
WHEN: Tuesday, May 26 at 10:00amWHAT: The San Diego Unified Council of PTAs (local chapter of the California State PTA, which represents nearly one million Californians and supports nine million California children), will discuss their success in passing a state PTA resolution on climate change at the State PTA.

WHY:  Climate change will impact children’s health and quality of life. It is time for parents and all people who care about children to advocate for action on climate change to reduce its impacts on children’s health and to urge our schools to educate students on climate literacy and human sustainability.
